Kind Minds Staff Workshops

  • Explore what mindfulness is within the context of Kind Minds, including a background to the neuroscience and benefits.

  • How to introduce mindful moments to children, including strategies to bring social-emotional learning into the everyday culture of the classroom.

  • Explore evidence-based tools from the 4 pillars of Kind Minds (Concentration, Calm, Creativity and Connection), including an introduction to our whole-school approach.

  • How to be a kind friend to ourselves and others.

  • Mindfulness for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). 

  • Resources and certificate of completion provided.

This is a flexible workshop that can be tailored to the requirements of your setting. Please get in contact for more details about our staff workshops. Available for virtual or in-person sessions.

Bespoke Curriculum Packages: Early Years Settings

  • We discuss your existing curriculum and your setting's priorities.

  • We work together to weave the pillars of the Kind Minds Approach into your curriculum (Concentrate, Calm, Connect, Create).

  • We offer a singular or block of staff training workshop(s), either face-face or virtually, to model the mindfulness and emotional literacy tools/practices. Links to the EYFS Statutory Framework identified/recorded.

  • Handbook and resources provided to bring everything to life in the classroom!

  • Resources and certificate of completion provided.


Yoga for Staff

Take the time to nurture your own wellbeing as a teacher or educator and begin to embody the strategies your children can use. These classes are designed to give teachers the space to relax, stretch, connect with their bodies and leave their day in the classroom behind! Learn breathing techniques, postures and sequences of movement that aim to improve coordination, release tension and build awareness of breath, tailored to individual experience.
