Supporting Pupils, Staff and School Wellbeing

An Evidence-Based Programme

Created by experienced primary teachers, grounded in research.

Improved Wellbeing & Behaviour

Our curriculum is proven to enhance attention skills, mental wellbeing and kindness.

Easy To Implement In Schools

A flexible curriculum designed to fit into the busy school day, without adding to staff workload.

Proven Impact For Mental Health

Our Kind Minds Schools obtain measurable mental wellbeing data for pupils, staff and the whole school.

How is the curriculum delivered?

For Children

Engaging and interactive lessons that are ready-to-teach via the online portal (1x weekly lesson, ages 2-11). We use mindfulness concepts to teach different curriculum aligned wellbeing topics e.g. brain awareness, emotional literacy, self-care and empathy.

For Teachers

Optional, bitesized professional development to help staff feel confident teaching our curriculum. We provide a self-led 6-week course to support educators to take care of their mental wellbeing by developing their own mindfulness practice.

For Parents/Carers

Termly resource packs and workshop slides to enable a consistent partnership between home and school. We empower parents/carers to nurture their child's wellbeing at home using the Kind Minds techniques.
